We’re excited to launch Edition 4 of The Good Times — Strengthening the Ties That Bind. This special release celebrates the power of connection and the vital role it plays in all that we do. In honour of National Families Week, we’re shining a light on what truly matters: the relationships that ground us, lift us up, and remind us why we’re here. This edition invites us all to reflect on the people and connections that make our work meaningful and our communities stronger.

Whether it’s family by blood, choice, or community, strong ties give us a sense of belonging. They help us show up for one another with empathy, care, and purpose. Across Big Brown House, Integrity 4 Life, The Gray Area, and Hoop Dreams, we see this every day—in our teams, our children and young people, our participants, our aspiring athletes, and our wider community.
